It all begins with an idea.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots 

  • 1 yellow onion 

  • 2 celery stalks 

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 potato 

  • 1 sheet kombu seaweed

  • 4 tsp sea salt

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 3 tsp pepper

  • 1 whole clove (no ground)

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

  • Turmeric and other various veggies (herb stems, kale stems, etc) 

  • 1/2 of a lemon

  • 16 cups water

Instructions

  1. ​Rough chop all veggies.

  2. Combine in stock pot or pressure cooker and cook for one hour or more.

  3. Strain liquid!
